Honey Siracha Chicken with Sesame Seeds

This past 4th of July I made a dish I am very proud of, mainly because it was gobbled up in 10 seconds. But also, because I made an incredible sauce that seemed to get everyone excited. This chicken dunked in Honey Siracha Sauce is sure to be a crowd pleaser at a party. You can bake the chicken like I did or fry up some wings to toss in the sauce. The choice is yours.

2/3 batch Honey Siracha Sauce
20 chicken thighs
olive oil
salt and pepper
1/2 cup sesame seeds

To begin, marinate your chicken for a day in olive oil, salt and pepper. Place in the fridge.

The next day, preheat your oven to 375. Place the marinated chicken on a baking sheet and sprinkle with a little more salt and pepper.

Bake for 45-60 minutes. The skin should get golden brown.

Place your sauce in a bowl. Once the chicken comes out of the oven, immediately dunk in the sauce. Make sure to coat the entire thing.

Place on your serving dish. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Enjoy!
